If you experience abnormal results when performing a body composition test, it is not necessarily that the FitQuest is inaccurate or has an issue. Below are a few checks to carry out which may have impacted your results.
- Have you removed your shoes and socks? In order for the FitQuest to accurately measure your body composition you need to be barefoot and ensure contact between your skin and the footplate and handles.
- Ensure that your Height, Age and Gender are all correct on your account. If any of these are incorrect then your results can be dramatically impacted.
